The State of Boston Harbor report series documents the progression of the Boston Harbor Project and its benefits to Boston Harbor and Massachusetts Bay. In 2004, MWRA received a National Environmental Achievement award for Public Information and Education for this report from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies.
