| Today, the Independent Panel charged with determining the cause of the May 1, 2010 water main break will submit its final report to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
There will be a press availability at 11:00 am at MWRA's Charlestown Navy Yard Headquarters (100 First Avenue, Boston), followed by a brief question and answer period. The report will be made available at that time.
The Panel is chaired by Zorica Pantić, President of the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Other members are Ronald G. Ballinger , Professor of Nuclear Science and Engineering and Material Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and John H. Bambei, Jr., Chief of Engineering for Denver Water and Chairman of the American Waterworks Associations' Committee on Steel Pipe. |
